All orders are hand poured and carefully packed from Devon.

Orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 working days.

Standard UK delivery is sent via Royal Mail. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 2-3 working days.

You'll receive confirmation once your order has been posted.

During busy launch or seasonal periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer - thank you for your patience.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, wax melts can not be returned once opened.
